DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact care@flow.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Approved claims may receive a replacement or store credit.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins.
